All shipping times mentioned on our website are estimated and not guaranteed. ZARWOX will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any issues during transit must be taken up with the respective courier service.
Customers are requested to verify the shipping address before confirming the order. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Shipping Policy - the basics
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. Please ensure your address and contact information are correct to avoid delivery issues.
