At ZARWOX, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, in case of a genuine size issue, we do allow exchanges provided the product is returned in its original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. If the returned item shows signs of damage, wear, or tampering, the exchange request will be rejected. ZARWOX reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our quality check criteria. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to this no-refund, exchange-only policy. Please double-check sizing and details before placing your order.
Refund Policy - the basics
At ZARWOX,
Before initiating an exchange, please contact our team via WhatsApp (message only, no calls). You must share clear photos and a short video of the product within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will assess the condition and approve the exchange if it meets our policy.
Important Notes:
Used, damaged, or altered products will not be accepted for exchange.
Exchanges are processed only after team approval.
Courier charges for returning the product to us and for receiving the exchanged product will both be borne by the customer.
